Polymarket smart money accumulation: watch positions build
What is accumulation?
Not every conviction bet arrives as one splashy trade. Sometimes a wallet quietly opens a position and keeps adding to it on the same side of a market — building a stake in steps rather than all at once. That pattern can be a quieter but no less telling read on where money is gathering.
What Darkmen tracks
Darkmen watches Polymarket for wallets that open a new position, or top up an existing one, on the same side of a market. When that happens, you get pinged with the details of the position — not the trader.
The alert includes:
- Category and which market
- Which outcome the position is on
- Whether it's a new position or an add to an existing one
- Amount added and the current total position size
This is a position-level signal: it does not carry a trader rank or a count of individual buys — just what the position is now and how it grew.
How the alert works
Enable the Polymarket Accumulation module in your dashboard and set your delivery channels. Every time a tracked wallet opens or grows a position on one side of a market, the alert lands in your chosen channel.
When it arrives, check whether it's a brand-new position or a top-up, and how large the total stake now is. A position that keeps growing on one side is worth digging into — read what the market is actually about before you act on it.

FAQ
What counts as accumulation?
A wallet opening a new position, or adding to an existing one, on the same side of a Polymarket market.
Is this the same as a whale alert?
No. Whale alerts flag a single large bet from a top-ranked trader. Accumulation flags a position building over time — it doesn't carry a trader rank, and there's no count of how many separate buys went into it.
What does an accumulation alert include?
The category and market, which outcome the position is on, whether it's a new position or an add to an existing one, and the amount added plus the current total position size.
How should I use an accumulation alert?
Check whether it's a fresh position or a top-up, and how large the position now is. A growing stake on one side is a lead worth researching, not a signal to copy blind.
Which tier is this on?
